Biography
The 20-year-old becomes the latest emerging young Australian guard to head across the Tasman to begin his NBL career with the New Zealand Breakers.
The New South Wales native will earn his first opportunity in the NBL as a development player with the Breakers on the back of a strong NZ NBL season with the Canterbury Rams.
Grew up in country NSW and after representing his state at two national championships in 2019 and 2021, he started his senior career with the Maitland Mustangs of the NBL1 East.
That included making 10 appearances in the 2021 season where he put up 10.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.1 steals showing an exciting glimpse of what was to come.
Has now spent each of the past three seasons playing in the NZ NBL at the Canterbury Rams, and has improved season on season beginning with 2.8 points and 1.3 rebounds in 8.6 minutes in 2022.
That went up to 13 minutes in 2023 for 4.6 points and 1.4 boards and then 26.5 minutes in 2024 for 9.5 points and 4.8 rebounds along with starring in the Rapid League where he was named MVP as the leading scorer.
That had him under the eyes of the Breakers who have now signed him to a two-year development player contract.
