Following a standout season in NBL24, the Hawks are thrilled to announce their official return to WIN Entertainment Centre for the 2024/25 season, complete with a full season schedule.

The NBL25 Season kicks off with HoopsFest in Perth on September 19th with all the 10 clubs converging in the West with the Illawarra Hawks taking on the Cairns Taipans.

Our first home game of the season will be against the only other foundation club in the league, the Brisbane Bullets on Friday, September 27th.

Fans can also look forward to a fan favourite game on Christmas Day game against the Kings in Sydney, before the Hawks return home for our annual New Years Eve clash against Southeast Melbourne Pheonix.

We’ll take the action right through the school holidays, with five home games in January. Making a Hawks game Illawarra’s ultimate night out this summer. With premium hoops and the best holiday entertainment anywhere in the region.

Hawks CEO Stuart Taggart expressed excitement about the NBL25 schedule, encouraging all Hawks members, fans, and partners to recapture the excitement of last season’s finals run from the opening home game on September 27th.

“Let’s pick up where we left off”, Taggart said. “With majority of last year's squad returning, and Justin Tatum starting his first full season as Head Coach, the Club has a competitive team that proved themselves in NBL24.”

“A full house and pumping WIN Entertainment Centre will be key to that, and we need everyone in the Illawarra to be a part of it. He added.

New Full Season Memberships will be available for purchase starting July 1, 2024.
